I discussed this with our metallurgists from US. They regard the so-called tempered sorbite and troosite as tempered martensite, which means the microstructure is the tempered results from as-quenched microstrucutre, martensite.

我跟我们公司美国的材料专家讨论过这个问题。他们没有回火索氏体和屈氏体这种说法，对于淬硬的(hardened)钢材回火后的组织都统称为回火马氏体，无论其回火温度是多少。
所以跟美国交流这个问题的时候，还是以tempered martensite为宜，否则引起沟通的差异。

Martensite lath changes into fine tempered sorbite with favorable mechanical properties after high tempreture tempering.
   材料经高温回火得到细小回火索氏体,力学性能优良。

我发现七十年代出版的专业英文词典里还真没有回火屈氏体和回火索氏体词语。我们还是与时具进吧，今天，由于国际交往频繁，外来语和新派生出来的新词汇不断丰富我们的生活，只要你不断的学习就会不断发现新问题，包括新词汇。

I strongly agree with Leomet! Think about it: for many times we mention 回火索氏体 we don't use the term to indicate a mircrostructure explicitly but just to describe how the microstructure is gained and how adult the structure is. That means we use how adult the structure is more than what the structure is! So in translation we can merely use high-tempered martensite(回火马氏体).
