2. Device for brass plating, 40 threads. Thread diameter 0,8-2,5mm. DV = 92. Main diameter – 1,7 mm, capacity 16-18 000 tons per year
3. Patenting line, 20 threads. Diameter 2,7-3,2.
4. Copper plating line, 20-24 threads. DV = 300, diameter 0,83-1,5mm.
5. 120 sets of wet type drawing machines. Take up (winding) reel - 80 kgs. Inlet diameter - 0,8-2,5mm. Outlet diameter 0,15-0,75mm.
6. Machines for metal cord twisting
6.1. Cord structure 4+3 - 160 machines. Take up (winding) reel – 80kgsг. Metal cord: 2x, 3x, 4x, 2+1x, 2+2x, 3+2x, 4+3x. Wire diameter 0,20-0,40mm.
6.2. Cord structure 3+9 – 18 machines. Winding reel – 80 kgs. Metal cord: 3xD1+6xD2, 3+9xD, 3xD1+9xD2. Wire diameter 0,15-0,45mm.
6.3. Cord structure 1+18 – 6 machines. Take up (winding) reel – 80 kgs. Metal cord: 1xD1+6xD2+12xD2.Wire diameter 0,2-0,45mm.
Take up reel for all cable twisting machines BS40, BS60 and BS80.
Material : carbon steel,carbon content 0,65-0,90%

1．干拉机器（即皂粉拉拔）
1.1 11道次-5台拉机，输入（原料尺寸）直径-2.7-3.5mm，输出直径（产品尺寸） 0.8-1.5mm。
1.2 12道次带有机械除锈（行业说法叫机械除磷）-2台拉机，输入直径5.5-6.5mm， 输出直径1.6-1.8mm。

2. 设备铭牌， 40条线。穿线直径0.8-2.5mm。DV值=92，主要尺寸-1.7mm 产能：16-18 000 吨/年。
注：DV值为拉拔专用词汇，D为直径（mm） V为速度（m/min）。DV值为设备属性，即根据不同的产品直径换算不同的钢丝速度。
3. 铅浴处理（此处理根据资料分析应该为铅浴退火处理，消除拉拔后的应力），20条线。直径范围2.7-3.2.
4. 镀铜线（设备），20-24条线，DV=300(同第二条解释)。直径0.83-1.5mm。
5. 120台湿拉机器（一般来说，湿拉机的润滑剂为油）。收线盘（线卷）-80KG。输入直径-0.8-2.5mm, 输出直径 0.15-0.75mm
6. 这里的设备我不太了解。不敢乱翻译。这里的take up/winding 解释为收线。大约说的是：
金属盘收线机
6.1 收线盘结构4+3 160台机器， 线盘重量80KG:金属线：2x, 3x, 4x, 2+1x, 2+2x, 3+2x, 4+3x. 线直径0,20-0,40mm.
6.2 同上。
所有电缆捻丝机收线盘采用 BS40 BS60 和 BS80型号 （此处的应该是收线盘的规格-工字轮？）
材料：碳钢类，含碳量0.65-0.90%

你说的设备，一般都是自主设计的，只有一些专用部件是标准件，话说前段时间正好参与设计了类似的设备。
而你提供的资料显示，这不仅仅是设备，而是一条生产线啊。
