2011年2月至今就职于浙江明泰标准件有限公司下属负责机车部分的温州鑫泰紧固件有限公司，就职于该司品技科，工作内容为将客户的要求转化为公司生产文件，并对生产工艺进行控制与改进，负责该司产品的金相试验与机械性能试验，并根据试验结果对工艺进行改进，完善该司的质量体系内容并持续改进。2010年9月至2011年2月调至浙江明泰标准件有限公司实验室内，负责成品的机械性能试验，熟悉了紧固件的硬度、拉伸、扭矩等试验，熟悉了40Cr、35CrMoA等材料的物理性能。较熟悉TS16949及相关的知识，曾多次参与客户对公司的质量体系审核。

2009年6月至2009年9月年在青海华鼎齿轮有限公司热处理车间生产实习，了解了热处理实际生产与理论上的关系，在实习期间操作过的炉型有：多用炉、普通井式炉、盐浴炉、真空油淬/汽淬炉、真空离子氮化炉、高频、台车炉等，涉及的产品主要为军工产品和重型机械设备上的减速箱齿轮，直径20mm到400mm不等，涉及的主要材料为专用渗碳钢20CrMnTi、18Cr2Ni4wA等，42CrMoA、40Cr、38CrMoAl等中碳调质钢及专用渗氮钢。对常见的Cr12、Cr12MoV等模具材料也有一定的了解。
