Job Responsibilities:
-Initiate projects to improve or optimize the efficiency of heat treatment technology
-Support the production department in answering heat treatment technology related questions
-Developed local heat treatment equipment supplier under production request
-Support and cooperate with Germany colleagues to handle technical issues
Qualification Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above and major in mechanical, engineering or related
-At least 3 years experience in heat treatment area
-Comprehensive heat treatment knowledge
-Mature, smart, detailed thinking, down to earth attitude, team spirit capable to work under pressure
-Good command of spoken and written English
-Good communication and coordination skills
工作职责：
1.启动项目以改善或优化热处理工艺。
2.支持生产部门解答热处理技术相关的问题。
3.根据生产要求开发本地的热处理设备供应商。
4.支持、配合德国同事处理技术问题。
资质要求：
1.学士学位或以上，机械专业，工程专业或相关专业。
2.至少3年的热处理工作经验。
3.广泛的热处理知识。
4.成熟，聪明，敏捷的思想；有务实的态度，有团队合作精神，有能力在压力下工作。
5.良好的英语口语和书面表达能力
6.良好的沟通和协调能力
