the material is 16MnCrS5;
heat treatment: case hardening(carbonization and quenching).
shaft.
the furnace: aichelin continuous furnace.
the phenomenon: the degree of roughness of parts is very bad after shot blasting
the front and back baskets parts are good, but just only this occur this question.
the heat treatment data is OK. who can tell me why should I do ?
