Bearing steel, 52100, SUJ 2, Austenized at 1150C and Q and T.
Heating at such a high temp purposely to obtain coarse grains for easier photo taking.
Fully Martensitic structure.

52100是過共析鋼, 所以最早出現在晶界的是Carbide, 再來是 P and B. 這些都叫 "非M". ---non-Martensitic

c.p. 0.8%; 870Cx30min; quenched in salt bath at 280C.
Too much R.A. & untempered Martensite in the surface led to poorer strength than those with no R.A.
Workpiece? It's a hush-hush.

CPM 10V P/M HS steel, Quenched, not tempered.
Coalescence of some carbide particles indicates that its Austenization temperature is a bit too high.
